Went online and booked a call back from the website. Got a message giving me a possible date and time, as this was acceptable I agreed. Got an email to confirm and a call the day before as a reminder. On the day I had an email to say Shem was on his way and approximately 20 mins away. Shem then did a test on the wiring and found a likely cause. Unfortunately it was in an unaccessible part of my very full loft. So after I clean a space he'll be back to fix. In all an extremely efficient response by a friendly expert. Would recommend Shem to anyone.
We were very impressed with the work carried out at short notice, also how professional all the communication was, I would highly recommend.
Just had new cooker line installed from distribution box to the kitchen, Induction hob fitted and wired up and some bodged up cooker wiring replaced to code. Shem did an excellent job, quick and professional. Would highly recommend .

We were in shock after a fire in our garage due to an unused fuse box switch being flipped accidentally. We're advised to have an electrical check ASAP. After that check the switch was decommissioned and as he left , he said " I'm so sorry that happened to you " and , for me , it makes a huge difference when I'm shown empathy when I least expect it . Efficient and caring service , thank you so much .
Solid Electrics were very helpful when I rang them about a small job that I needed doing in my kitchen. Shem arrived on time managed to finish the job promptly enabling me to go to work myself
