Neil's Electrical Services

Neil's Electrical Services is an electrician trading under that name and is run by an electrician named Neil. It serves domestic, commercial and industrial electrical emergencies and maintenance issues. Its service area covers Southampton, Winchester, Fareham, Portsmouth and across Hampshire, and it also covers the South of England.

It handles electrical emergencies including tripping fuses, faulty water heaters, security alarms and botched lighting installations. It also deals with crackling sockets, flickering lights, misbehaving fuse boxes and damaged wiring. It accepts all major credit and debit cards. It can email receipts and invoices while on site at the customer's home or workplace.

Prompt and dependable help stands out as the theme that recurs most in feedback on this Southampton electrician. Customers in several reviews describe calling for assistance and having the problem sorted the same day, including one household whose electric oven kept tripping the supply and was repaired without delay.

Reviews regularly refer to the polite and professional manner of the team, with Neil and Dave both named for arriving when promised and carrying out work exactly as discussed. The range of jobs described covers fault-finding and repairs alongside the fitting of domestic lighting, and one remote landlord notes that tenants were left with hot water over a holiday period after another firm had let them down. Clear quotes and reasonable prices come up often, described as fair and competitive, and the standard of the finished work is consistently praised.

Tidiness and a cheerful, patient attitude on site are also noted, as is the willingness to answer queries and return for repeat jobs. A customer who has used the firm more than once describes the whole team as hard-working and friendly, and the trust placed in them to maintain a property from a distance is a point that comes up in the accounts.
