Very professional and has taken great care with the instalation of electrics from the house out into the garden area. Made sure everything was installed smoothly and tested. After finishing the instalation left everything all very tidy. Very pleased with the work.

Professional, polite and considerate! We made contact on a Monday about an electrical issue in the en suite and the very next day they attended to fix the issue. Couldn't ask for a better service, we will be using Phoenix going forward with any issues.

After coming home at 7:30pm and finding my Electric had tripped, no lights upstairs, no sockets working down stairs (husband in hospital) no idea what to do, I looked for an emergency electrician. Found Rich , he was very helpful and he came out the following morning. I would certainly use him again and I would highly recommend him.

Rich is an absolute hero! We have had a problem with our electric for a while now and had other electrians try and fix it with no joy.. Rich was amazing... Firstly by reassuring me it can be done and then finding and fixing the problem. He even put up with my 100+ silly questions and was great with the kids! Rich did exactly what he said he would do. He arrived promptly to give me a quote and to do the work. His price was fair and reasonable. He was here most of the day to do the job and everything worked perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend him
