Had a very positive experience with Kate and Paul when they did the electrics for our new kitchen, utility & bathroom. They were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us great advice throughout the process. They were considerate, tidy and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend and will definitely turn to them again!
I called Paul and he gave me some free advice over the phone which required a simple fuse change. A whole weekend without any lights in my garage and half of the sockets not working and all we needed was a new fuse. He showed us exactly what to look for and everything is working again. What a genuinely nice man. It’s so refreshing to know there are decent, honest trades people still around. 5 stars ++++
Excellent service from V & A Burgess Ltd. After we had a house fire, Paul came out quickly and restored our power within hours, which meant we could move back into our home much sooner than expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to give us helpful advice on the next steps moving forward after such a stressful situation. The service was fast, the pricing was very fair, and the whole experience gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend Paul for anyone needing electrical fault repairs or emergency call-outs.
