Electrical work ranging from domestic jobs such as kitchen spotlights and hob replacement to commercial installations in a takeaway setting is the recurring subject of feedback for this Liverpool operation. Reviewers consistently highlight the expertise and advice offered by Paul, who is named in several accounts. Customers describe him as knowledgeable and willing to explain options before starting, particularly on an electric vehicle charger installation where he took time to understand requirements and suggested ideas. Punctuality and reliability are a point that comes up often, with people noting that he arrived when promised and completed work efficiently.

Several buyers describe the communication as excellent, both in arranging visits and in providing telephone guidance during an emergency, and the readiness to talk through problems over the phone is mentioned with appreciation. The standard of workmanship is repeatedly praised, including the neat finish of an installation with no visible cables, and tidiness after the job is frequently noted, with one person saying the clean-up was unexpected. Fair pricing is also a recurring theme, described as reasonable and comparable to larger providers.
