I have changed my address details before posting this review due to concerns about how the Jas responds to negative feedback, which can be seen in replies to other Google reviews. Jas was booked to carry out work at my property, however the job was not completed as agreed. Communication during follow-up calls was extremely unpleasant, and despite the work not being finished, no refund was provided. I began the small claims process to recover the money, but due to personal circumstances at the time (including pregnancy), I was unable to continue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service, particularly for women who may be alone at home during visits. Very Agressive and threatening behaviour.
