I phoned three traders in the past couple of months who couldn't be bothered to reply. Then we have Fix Up....top marks for customer engagement. They picked up my call immediately, asked for pics to aid the quotation which I duly sent and within 24hrs they committed to a price which I considered fair. They fitted loft lights, LED lighting strip in the kitchen, a timer for our water heating system and an update to our consumer unit. I could easily repeat the comments of other reviewers about work quality, communication and cleanliness. Fix Up are the real deal.
Came the same day, respectful of our property. Very thorough and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
Pritam did a fabulous job for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of his work was exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend Pritam & Fix Up electrical Ltd
Highly recommend! They arrived within two hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed. Even though the job ran slightly over the initial one-hour call-out window, they stuck to their word and didn't charge a penny extra. The team was incredibly professional, upfront about pricing, and even cleaned up the workspace before they left. Iād absolutely use them again!
