We recently had our home rewired in Edinburgh, and the whole team was excellent. They arrived on time, and while Lewis walked us through everything, Craig got straight to work preparing the job. From the start, they left us feeling confident that our home was in safe hands. The work was completed on schedule and to a very high standard. We would definitely use them again for any future electrical work and highly recommend them.

I recently took ownership of a property that had a lot of old, potentially unsafe electrics with some esoteric connections. For example the immersion tank and bathroom fan heater were both plugged into standard sockets. Instructions on how to switch them off safely were written on the wall in sharpie like a horror film. Mark, Gary and Cammy did a great job in just under two full work days turning around the whole property to modernise and make safe everything. I didn't get a survey beforehand so I want to give a particular shout out to Gary who talked me through everything in the morning. He explained and advised on what could be altered or done inside the scope of my budget, which left me in a position of being able to trust them to the work. Gary and the team's expertise showed throughout the project. A rewire's scope means small surprises here and there are guaranteed. Gary messaged and called me to explain the options and potential costs. His team left me with a great foundation for a future kitchen remodel, sensible socket and switch placements, and the plastering is in a great place for me to prep and paint the walls next. Gary's walk-through of all the work done was thorough and understandable. I also want to shout out Amy, who managed the quote and client process. She was fast, great at following up on queries, explaining costs, and catching potential snags in the Rewire's timeline that could have proved frustrating. Driving out to us to pick up the keys and drop off a pack was much appreciated! I'm under a tight timeline to deliver my renovation for my family to move in so getting from quote to completion in just over a week was seriously impressive.

I recently used Home Rewire for electrical work in Netherlee. The team performed a big job within a short timescale and produced fantastic results. The guys were so helpful in walking us through what they were carrying out and made helpful suggestions on plug socket locations. They're communication was really forthright and made us aware of their progress. I booked Home Rewire to do a full three bed mid terrace rewire. The price quoted was within my anticipated budget so proceeded with the work. The price was average cost but the service was EXCEPTIONAL. LEWIS. CRAIG AND SAM arrived as planned at 9 Wellington Way Renfrew at 7.30 am. On 16th June. We did a run through of what was required and any particular things that I wanted. Gave them the keys and left them to it. What a job they done. Came back on Wednesday afternoon to the place fully rewired as discussed, a lot less mess than I anticipated and an I credible clean up job by the team. Sure the floors we still dusty but they had been brushed and mopped twice Cannot recommend, Lewis, Craig and Sam or Homerewire highly enough. Will be singing their praise to anyone needing this type of work done.
