I used PWS to replace my faulty Easee charger with a new non faulty unit. He was very easy to deal with, with good communication and a very tidy job. I would happily recommend for any electrical work.

PWS were recommended for an EV charger installation and they didn’t disappoint. Paul was super quick to reply to my initial contact and to come and do a quote. Great communication all the way through and everything happened as and when he said it would. Gordon came and fitted the charger and an outdoor wifi access point, and replaced our broken bathroom fan while he was at it. A really tidy, thoughtful installation all round and we’re delighted with the results.

We recently had our Sigenergy Home Battery installed by PWS and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Paul came out to take a look at our house and discuss options on placement of the battery, what size of inverter and what brands we would be interested in. He offered his advice and experience, but didn't try to push us towards any particular product which was refreshing. Paul got a quote over to us really quickly and not only was it competitive, it was clear and easy to understand and didn't include unexplained overheads which bumped up quotes with other renewables companies. Paul dealt with the G99 application for us and it was all sorted quicker than expected so we were able to get a date set for install. On install day, Paul and Alan arrived exactly when they said they would and both worked non-stop to get it all installed quickly. I was really impressed with the efforts to minimise disruption when running the new wiring and overall it's a very neat installation, both for the battery itself and the new fuse board. The handover paperwork and wiring diagrams included with the installs for future reference are a really nice touch and Paul was happy to spend time talking us through the Sigenergy app on the day. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PWS

Really excellent installation. Needing an EV charger and having spoken to neighbours about their negative experiences where they used their energy supplier to organise the EV install (often taking weeks and requiring multiple return visits), we decided to organise the install ourselves. I did check which chargers would work with Octopus then researched those. Decided on the Hypervolt based on many reviews on their Trustpilot. Then ended up on PWS somehow by accident, but again all the reviews were positive so here we are now. I can honestly say they are excellent. Paul came out to do the quote. No big sell treatment, very polite and decent, just a few questions and an honest quote followed that same evening. Agreed a date for a week later. All fitted within a couple of hours. Very neat job. No hassle or trouble whatsoever. Spent time showing how to use the charger and app. Really pleased. Totally recommend you follow the same route and do not get your energy supplier to organise the installer.

Very pleased with the service from PWS from start to finish of installing an EV charger at home. Appreciated the prompt response from Paul to my initial request for a quote and the follow-up from Paul after the charger was installed. The video call instead of a site visit as part of the quote was efficient. The work was completed quickly within a day despite some complexities, thanks to Gordon for all his efforts. Good and responsive communication throughout.

PWS was recommended to me when I wanted to upgrade lighting in the hallway and bedrooms of my house to LED. Once initial contact was made, I was left thoroughly impressed by their professionalism from scoping the project to installation. I valued the advice and suggestions of Paul at the outset and he offered various options for consideration. I was kept updated on scheduling the works throughout and installation by Alan was very efficient, clean and with minimal damage to ceiling decor. The final bill was exactly as quoted. Having had PWS recommended to me, and being extremely satisfied with their service I, in turn, cannot recommend them highly enough.
