Fuse board replacements recur in accounts, including jobs that grew from a small fault into a complete changeover finished within a day. Grant is named for explaining what needs doing in plain language, and communication before and after the work is a theme that runs through the comments. More than one customer describes the team as punctual, courteous and efficient, with properties left clean and tidy and all mess cleared away once the job ends.

Charges are called fair, with no unexpected additions to the final bill. Chris also receives frequent praise for his polite, hard-working approach and his willingness to talk through each stage as it happens. The work covered ranges from fitting ovens and electric heating to replacing light switches, installing security lights, sourcing a boiler timer and attending promptly to an overheated light fitting that had begun to smell of burning. Elderly clients are mentioned with appreciation for the team waiting until they arrived home before completing an oven installation.
