Fault-finding and small installation jobs sit at the heart of what customers describe, from lighting circuits and outdoor lights to additional sockets, oven connections and switch repairs. A recurring theme in the feedback is the sheer speed of response, with several customers describing how quickly Lee or Leroy attended after a call at short notice, sometimes the same evening or the following day. Several accounts note that problems others had struggled to diagnose were traced and put right far faster, including a lighting fault resolved in around half an hour and water ingress affecting outside lights, where power was restored while a return visit was arranged for better weather.

Fair pricing comes up often, described as reasonable for the work carried out, and customers regularly note that the final cost was lower than expected. Tidiness and care in the home earn praise, down to covering work shoes on newly laid carpet, and the work itself is called clean and properly finished. The willingness to come back and move cables flagged by a kitchen fitter is a point that stands out, as is the advice left behind for future needs. Friendliness runs through the accounts, with professionalism noted alongside it.
