Leeds customers consistently praise ARZ Electrical Services Ltd for prompt, professional work across a range of domestic and commercial electrical tasks. Several reviewers describe Araz as knowledgeable and quick to diagnose faults, often resolving problems on the first visit, whether a power failure, a faulty intruder alarm or a loose kitchen socket. Punctuality is a recurring theme: he calls ahead with an arrival time, and one out-of-hours call in snowy conditions was attended within about forty minutes. Clear quotes given swiftly and fair pricing come up often, alongside the quality of the finished installation.

Several accounts note that he fits new lights, orders replacement parts and keeps customers informed while waiting, returning to complete the job at a convenient moment. His advice is described as honest and valuable, with explanations offered before and after the work, and he is happy to answer questions. Beyond general electrical repairs, the company handles full installations for commercial properties, CCTV, sound systems and alarm work, and the same professional manner is reported across all of it. Tidiness and a calm approach to urgent faults round off the accounts, with Araz named personally as the reason many customers would call again.
