Glasgow customers of WES Electrical describe a consistently swift service led by Iain, whose name recurs throughout accounts of work carried out across the city. Reviewers frequently point to how fast faults are diagnosed and put right, with same-day attendance noted in numerous cases, including power losses affecting an entire flat or only the upstairs sockets. A recurring theme is the composed handling of urgent situations: failed fuse boxes, crackling sockets and a shower isolator switch are among the problems resolved without fuss.

Customers also say that costs are set out plainly and considered fair, especially for emergency visits. Communication before and after the job draws consistent praise, with Iain described as courteous, approachable and straightforward from the first call onward. Care taken with the property and the standard of the finished workmanship are both mentioned. Landlords seeking a dependable electrician also feature among those commenting, and at least one customer planned to ask about larger projects after an initial repair. Socket replacement and the safe restoration of power are the tasks cited most frequently.
