Promptness and courtesy recur throughout the feedback for this King's Norton electrician. Lee and his colleagues are described as polite, respectful and knowledgeable, and it is noted on more than one occasion that they took care in customers' homes. The work covered spans fuse board replacement, extra socket installation, bathroom lighting, a conservatory chandelier, an immersion heater repair and the fitting of a ring security light with a camera, while the services advertised include installation, engineering and vehicle charging work.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the clarity of explanation, with concerns answered and the intended work outlined beforehand. Telephone guidance that solved a tripping fuse box and a sounding house alarm without an attendance is highlighted as especially useful. Jobs being finished when promised and to the agreed price is mentioned, as are the standard of finish and the small details. Regular communication before and during the work features repeatedly, together with a readiness to come out quickly when a boiler failed and hot water was lost. The same team members and the same considerate approach appear again and again.
