He was punctual, professional, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of his work was outstanding, and it’s obvious he takes great pride in what he does. He also left everything spotless, exactly as he found it, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician who does an amazing job and genuinely cares about his customers, Nicolas is the one to call. 10/10 service – I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him to family and friends!
Absolutely brilliant service! Came out quickly, fitted my new plug socket perfectly, and left everything clean and tidy. Very polite, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

Nicholas from Techfix managed to not only find and fix a fault in the upstairs lighting ring, but he did it despite 3 other electricians failing and giving up. This man, no word of exaggeration, is a legend. Many thanks from the family!
At 3:15 am this morning I called on Techfix as I had no power at all. I was really impressed with the service. He arrived at my house within half an hour fix the problem and gone by 4:30 am and I had all my power back on. Very kind and polite will definitely use them again hopefully not for that problem though Thank you, Sue

Not particularly pleased with their service. Not all good, but also not all bad. I booked them in same week that I initially called them which was quicker than other electricians. However on the day they were going to do an electrical certificate for my house, they turned up an hour and a half late, no phone call or any warning. Nicolas, the electrician did apologise, after prompting. Then when they came to made the fixes required to pass the test, the electrician they sent forgot to bring some equipment, so they were gone for 2-3 hours in the middle of the day, while I was just sat there waiting. Again, no forewarning, that he was going to be gone for such a long time. This meant that they had to come back again the next day to finish off the fixes, wasting more of my time. Overall payed about £1000 to change the fusebox, and change a few lights and the electrical certificate - I wouldn't call that great value for money, but also not sure if other electricians would have done it for much cheaper. And they spread the work over 3 days. Would have given 5* if they had got all the work done in 1 day and had been better communicators.
