Great service fast response. Came out to a power cut tonight and had us back up and running in no time at all. Price was fair and the electrician was very friendly and explained everything that was going on at every step of the way. 5 stars all the way. Well us them again and recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician. Thanks for coming out to help us when we needed you. Thanks

I tried to call to make an appointment and hung up without even replying. Certainly won’t be trying to use them again

Called at 10pm they said they would be here in an hour and it would be £199 call out fee then labour and parts. Guy (who was lovely) sorted issue within 20 minutes - total charge £598. Phoned them back and they said yes £300 for labour that time of night, rip off stay clear. Update - not permissible to add another review but trying to respond to owner response to my 1 star rating - the comment about 2 hour round trip complete lie - the electrician lives 10 minutes down road from me. Spoken to a couple of trusted electricians today who confirmed the cost for what was done and to confirm arrival time was 11pm and departure time 1120pm was scandalous. I wish I had read the other ooh reviews before I agreed to go ahead.Genuinely don’t know how some people sleep at night knowing how they scamming people ….
