We called Bains out for an intermittent trip on our RCD. They responded quickly and had an engineer round at short notice. He was polite, talked us through what was likely causing it, and didn't try to oversell anything. Straightforward, honest service - would use them again!
They were soo good! Managed to squeeze me in fast and so good at communicating with me throughout the whole process so i always was in the know about any issues. They were fairly priced as well! Will be using again!
Had a really good experience with Bains Electrical. They showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, and got everything fixed without trying to upsell me on extra work. Communication was easy the whole way through, and they left the area clean when they were done. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about doing the job properly.
