365 Electrician

I recently had an emergency situation that required an electrician, and I am extremely pleased with the service provided. They arrived faster than expected and were very professional throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they paid great attention to detail. Despite the urgency, the electrician completed the job efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. Their expertise and commitment to doing the job right were evident in every step. Called out for an emergency. Shower pull cord replaced with one I had but created a bypass due to 2 earthwires. Said he would come back to complete the work and replace properly. Promised on number of occasions no show and not answering calls now. Do not recommend at all

I had a problem with my socket circuit which kept on tripping. I called Ross in morning and he was available to come round in the afternoon. He rang me to give me notice to get home from my work office. He was on time and polite. He found the fault, with persistency and patience. On finding the fault he was able to restore power to my home.

Ross, is a life saver! I needed to put up some fixtures and was let down by the original guy I booked. I contacted Ross and he came to rescue a few hours later. Did a fantastic job! Highly recommended

Spoke to Ross in the morning to replace a burnt light fixture. He asked for photos which he used to find a replacement. Came around in the evening same day. Got straight to work, no messing about, all sorted within an hour. Very happy with the results. Would recommend.

Very Unprofessional! Initially rang and spoke to Ross about the work I needed doing and he provided me with a quote. I needed the work doing on a Saturday and he said he was available, so I decided to go with him. On the Saturday- I rang him in the morning to find out when he will be coming over to do the work and he said 2pm. 2pm came and went so I tried to call and message him but no answer/response. Infact I have not heard from him at all since. If he couldn't do the job - a simple message or call would have been suffice. Having read the other reviews he has done the same to other people also. My time has been wasted - try and save yours. Avoid!
