I contacted 1st Electrical after buying a ceiling fan that I wanted installed ready for the next heat wave. Stef came out at a time suitable for me and installed the fan. He was very nice and professional and even helped me set it up as the remote needed pairing with the fan. He made sure everything was working correctly. Couldn't be happier, I'm already looking for 2 more ceiling fans and will use them again for the installation. 10/10!

Stefan, at 1st Electrical UK was very helpful , and went to the trouble of answering my query about the Fuse box at my home, during the early part of the morning. Stefan, was polite and Professional and able to assertain where the electrical problem could have started. He then made an urgent visit to my home and was able to talk with me to explain how he would carry out electrical tests to the circuits in the home that could be causing the fuse in the main fuse box to keep tripping. Stefan was committed in his approach to the work , he was thorough in how he carried out the testing of my electrical circuits throughout the house with nothing that was too much trouble. He was neat and tidy in the work he did, and was careful to place everything that had to be moved in its proper place. All the work was carried out well and efficiently and all the work completed was very reasonably priced. I would be very happy to call Stefan to carry out future electrical work at my home, and thoroughly recommend Stefan for any electrical work you may have. Excellent service from start to finish. Really friendly and professional electrician who fitted our extractor hood promptly and to a very high standard. He was extremely knowledgeable not only in his electrical field, but also in the wider building trade industry, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being carried out. Communication was great throughout, everything was completed efficiently and left clean and tidy afterwards. Very reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
