I had a noise coming from my fuse box and needed this checking out. Steve was very prompt to reply to my message, and his communication was very efficient. Despite an initial delay between his quotation visit and receiving a quotation, once Steve arrived I knew we had made the right decision waiting for him to complete the work. He is polite, friendly and considerate - he always made sure the door was shut if going outside to make sure our house cat didn’t escape. He changed several plug sockets, light fittings, installed an outdoor socket and also moved plug sockets to a preferable location in our bedroom. He works to an extremely high standard and even hoovered up after himself! We will now be using Steve for all our electrical work.
