Jason did a great job fixing our uplighters. He was quick, tidy and didn't try to sell us anything, unlike previous people we have had. I would thoroughly recommend him.
We had an electric fault and called Faiway Electrical to fix it. Jason answered our call late in the night, he provided advice and arranged a drop in the following day as first appointment in the morning. Jason and his team identified the issue straightaway, they explained it to us in detail and fixed it within an hour. Impeccable professional service.

Jason changed all our fire alarm and CO2 detector. He was puctual, clean and fair in his quote. He was very honest and helpful in telling us that we could change them ourselves easily but we decided that it'd be better for him to do it as changing the CO2 wasn't straight forward. we would definitely use his service again for any future electrical tasks.
Jason was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He came out for an emergency situation late in the evening. He arrived promptly and sorted the issue as well as giving useful advice. We were able to get a good night's sleep knowing our electrics were safe. Very reasonably priced and good systems in place for invoicing etc. Highly recommend.
