Steve Smith Electrical Contractors - Electrician Kesgrave

Steve and Ryan have now done two full rewires and and extension rewire. I cannot fault the works and attention to detail as well as invaluable advise..

I called this company this evening after my mum and I had a power trip which we couldn’t work out (whoops!) The lovely gentleman confirmed that he doesn’t do 24 hour call outs anymore but that he would help over the phone which he did. Truly grateful for the kindness showed- thank you! :)

Great customer service, a polite and courteous team, very pleased with standard of work.

Extremely polite and efficient. The advice and execution of the work to our house was beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called Steve today as trip wouldn’t reset & arrived within the hour & sorted the issue. Great service & refreshing nowadays

I'd like to thank Steve Smith Electrical Contractors (Ryan in particular) for excellent customer service and responsiveness in resolving a problem I had on my ring main this morning. After contacting Steve and explaining my issue he acted promptly and directed Ryan to make me his first visit of the morning (07:30). Ryan quickly confirmed the problem existed on the ring main and set about localising in a systematic and methodical manner. The fault was traced to a faulty RCD socket in the conservatory. Well done on both customer service and professionalism grounds. I'll certainly be back if I have electrical issues in the future.

Steve offers a quick and friendly service, he was easily available on the phone, arranged to come round the same day and diagnosed the problem over the phone to provide reassurance and information. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of an electrician and will be in touch if we need an electrician again!
