Very happy with the service. I hired Stephen for EICR and PAT. He is very positive and easy to talk to, came on time and did the job properly without skipping anything and spent a few hours doing it. My system is quite old and I was afraid that he would suggest some expensive unnecessary extras. But no, my system passed and final payment was exactly as discussed initially. It took a few days for the report to arrive, but it is acceptable and he didn't ignore me when I asked how things are going with it. Definitely would recommend and would use his services again. Really impressed with Steve's services. Other electricians were messing me around, not returning after the first visit and then ignoring my calls and messages. I had one phone call with Steve, 2 days later he was at the property sorted out all remedial work and issued the EICR. He charged a fair price, and got it all sorted. Very pleased, would highly recommend.
