I was in need of emergency EICR inspection and certification. Mr M Khan kindly accomodated last minute appointment. In addition he also fixed category C2 observations next day on urgent request. Certificate was provided immediately. I am very happy with the service which was provided timely, relaibily and efficiently.

Avoid. they text randomly ie 12.30pm midweek and 11.30pm weekends, poor communication / explanation in general of whats going on etc. They barely answer questions you ask via email/ text. They did the report and didnt tell me it was a fail at the time. i had to wait over a week for certs to then find out it was a fail- i could have made changes in that week whilst i was waiting for the certs. it would be common sense to say - its a fail, you need to do X, Y, Z to fix ! but there's zero feedback.they just send you a cert once you pay the money

Has been let down by another company so contacted Safest Electrical They came when promised and the engineer was excellent He was the tidiest electrician I have ever had in my house, he cleaned the debris off the floor and left it spotless The cost was extremely reasonable for that quality of work I would 100% recommend Safest Electrical to anyone who wants a first class professional job
