Rdc Electrical (Norwich)

I recently contacted RDC Electrical Services and spoke with Ricky (who was immediately polite and helpful). He contacted me again when he said he would, and visited extremely promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough and kept me updated throughout. The job was finished in one afternoon, despite working with a very old circuit board and wiring, and I'm very happy to 100% recommend him for your electrical work. [Just to say, as well as his expertise, Ricky is just a thoroughly nice guy, and it was a pleasure doing business with him].

Ricky has been amazing! The first time we needed an electrician he was getting married the next day but still squeezed us in. Today he came and fixed all of our electrical issues and was the ultimate professional. A very friendly guy who did a great job and left everything nice and tidy. Thanks so much!

Trusted, fair and professional electrician. Was in a complete panic and he managed ti help calm me down, cared and was swift to act. I will definitely be making him my go-to electrician from now on. Couldn't recommend higher

I can't praise Ricky highly enough. He tried to resolve the matter via pics on WhatsApp and when that didn't work he was with me in under 30 minutes. He was excellent at explaining everything he did and I can't say anything but positive words about him. Will definitely recommend to others

Ricky is fantastic, outstanding communication between us, very polite and he got everything sorted out for us. I would highly recommend.

We woke up this morning with no electricity and called Ricky. He came round as soon as he could and diagnosed the problem. He got the parts we needed and had us fixed ASAP. We will definitely use him again and can highly recommend him. What a lovely professional young man.

Would definitely recommend Ricky, he fitted three new light fittings for me. Communication was really good, he did a great job. Pleasant, friendly and clearly knows his trade well.
