Positive connections electrical ltd

Positive Connections Electrical Ltd draws consistent praise from customers in Chaddesden and the wider Derby area, with Callum named repeatedly as the tradesman behind the work. Reviewers describe a pattern of clear quotes given upfront, fair and competitive pricing, and appointments that are both confirmed in advance and honoured on the day. Communication stands out: he explains each stage of the job, answers questions, and walks customers through how equipment works before leaving. The work itself ranges across fuse box replacements, outdoor sockets, external lighting, and electric vehicle charger installations, including a Zappi unit at one property.

Several accounts highlight the standard of finish, with cabling and fittings described as neat and professionally installed. Tidiness recurs as a theme, with customers noting that floors and work areas were left clean after completion. Reliability is mentioned alongside a willingness to return and resolve a fault caused by a faulty appliance, which one reviewer valued highly. Speed also features, with a smaller job taken on at short notice and finished quickly. Callum's friendly and approachable manner is a point that comes up often, and customers state they would use the service again for future electrical work.
