Optimum Electrics Peterborough

We had Solar installation and the customer service, installation, the whole service from start to finish was amazing. Can't recommend highly enough

Optimum electrics have just installed our solar array and battery after recommendation by a family member. Everything was well organised, and a timely install that suited our availability. Would recommend, thank you.

Recently had Optimum Electrics install solar panels with battery and inverter, They also replaced my consumer unit, Me being someone who has a mistrust of tradespeople having worked amongst them for many years, as always was difficult to make my choice. I did a lot of reading reviews and searching with Google. I came across a number of installers Optimum being one of them and proceeded to get quotes.. Although Optimum was not my cheapest quote it was the one that stood out, when I dug deeper looking at the materials they used, the system that was recommended, the service that was provided i decided it was the better option that suitedmy requirements. The project manager Matthew when he called to survey for the quotation spent time in explaining what he felt I needed, took time to see what I wanted, and out of that what would be my best options, although I was waiting for the typical salesman pitch, the push for things I didn't really need, it didn't come. As always when discussing options thing had been agreed by Matthew, questions I'd asked that Matthew said he would look into, all he said he would do, he did. He kept in contact just enough to not be pushy, and also made himself available to be contacted and delt with my concerns promptly. Scaffolding was erected when they said they would and was removed within days of completion. Brooke (electrical supervisor) and her team was a pleasure to have in the house. The hole system was up and running in no time, everything was setup for me , Brooke took time to talk me through the apps on my tablet. When it comes to people working in my house I can be difficult to please, but I'm really happy to say that optimum as a company, from office staff to sparky, they did, and for that I thank them. Would I use them again. Yes. Would I recommend them. Yes. Do I hope everyone gets the same experience as I did. Yes.

Local company with the scale and capacity to manage challenging and complex projects like our 3 phase solar installation. Very pleasant to work with, efficient and professional. We did lots of research and obtained many quotes. Also they are local for effective on going support. Highly recommend not often one can say that these days!

Having just had a new inverter fitted, we were very pleased with the service provided. The young lady that came was very polite and friendly. She completed the job as of the time arranged and left the place clean and tidy . A credit to your company. We wish her well for the future and forthcoming birth of her first child .

Sigenergy battery and PV solar fitted - very neat installation

Optimum supplied and fitted an EV charger for me at my home together with an updated consumer unit. I was very happy with the speed of response when I requested a quote and the price was competitive. The team arrived on time and were polite and informative. I am more than happy with the quality of the work undertaken and would recommend Optimum for this type of project.
