Booked an EV charging station quote. Appointment was 9-11am. Didn’t bother to show. Didn’t bother to call me. Gave second chance 9-11 next day. Again a no show. No call again to advise. Terrible customer service. What does it take to pick up the phone. No wonder trades people get a bad reputation.

Have used them three times now and every single time they turn up when they are supposed to, and get the job done - that in itself is a miracle in Aberdeen, trust me, I've not always been this lucky! They did a very neat job upgrading my bathroom extractor fan, and recently have just fitted an electric car charger for me too. I won't go anywhere else now for plumbing or electrics.

I have used NE Services for the past couple of years and they have always supplied excellent customer service. They service my boiler every year and recently had to replace a valve that had failed on my heating system. Everything is done on time and within a prompt time line. I have no plans on going elsewhere in the future. 😎

Highly recommend North East Services. Great service and value for money. Friendly, polite engineer who clearly explained what was required to be done to repair my boiler. Will definitely use North East Services again
