What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Fast response to electrical faults is the thread that runs through the feedback, with customers in London describing call-outs within the hour and fuse boxes that kept tripping repaired on the spot. Beyond speed, the standard of workmanship draws consistent praise: fuse boards and fuse boxes are made safe and left tidy, and the faults behind them clearly explained before any remedy is agreed. Reviewers frequently point to that quotes were seen as fair for the quality delivered, and that expectations were set honestly from the first conversation onwards.

Named staff appear throughout the accounts, with James credited for diagnosing a melting fuse board and talking a customer through the options in plain terms, Oliver thanked for an emergency visit that was completed within minutes, Dennis acknowledged for his work, and Alfie, alongside a trainee named Will, described as restoring a boiler without fuss. Communication is another recurring theme, both while the job is being arranged and after it is finished. The company also takes on planned electrical installation and lighting projects, and the same care is reported whether the call was urgent or routine, from fault-finding through to the finished circuit.

I can’t recommend Alfie and his trainee Will highly enough! They fixed my boiler quickly and efficiently, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. They immediately put me at ease, explained the problem clearly, and got everything working again in no time. The price was extremely fair, especially for such fast and high-quality work. Friendly, professional, and reliable from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
