I needed an EICR for my flat as renting it out. They were super helpful and great communications throughout, and provided the report nice and promptly. Would go to them again for any other electrical needs.

Thanks to Louie for attending promptly for the EICR on both of our BTL houses. The reports were done quickly and efficiently, and Louie also gave us some helpful recommendations for smoke alarm placement and light fittings that whilst not compulsory, we wouldn't have known otherwise. We were badly let down by another firm who were trying to overcharge us for unnecessary work - happy to say that Manchester Electric took over and demonstrated how an honest electrician should be operating!

The service provided was excellent — fairly priced, prompt, and with excellent communication throughout. I was kept updated throughout and advised of various options available to me. I feel Louie really went above and beyond in providing excellent service and he was also very friendly and chatty — I enjoyed our conversation while he carried out various works in my flat! Very pleased with the service provided by Manchester Electric. I needed an EICR done on a property I'm purchasing and I was booked in as quickly as possible. After receiving the report, Louie gave me an overview of his findings which was especially helpful.

Excellent service from being to end. Had a full house rewire the process was explained to us so we understood what was going to be done. Every thing that was promised was done . Excellent job done and left clean and tidy cannot recommend them highly enough thanks to the whole team.

Contacted Louie about a full house rewire. He came round quickly to assess and then arranged for the team to attend. The whole rewire (3 story 2 bed, very messy setup) was completed in a day which was amazing since other companies quoted 1-2 weeks. Louie came back afterwards to complete the final inspection and issue certificates. Everything ran so smoothly, Louie is a lovely guy, super thorough and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
