Rapid, tidy and well-explained electrical work is the recurring theme in the feedback for this Sheffield company. Multiple reviewers describe phoning in the morning and having an electrician arrive the same day, with faults such as a tripping circuit or a faulty control unit identified and repaired promptly. Customers frequently note that problems are talked through as they are found, and that suggestions are made for improving safety, for example work to a fuse board. Hannah in the office is named for her polite and efficient handling of enquiries, while Tom and Matt are singled out for professional, approachable service that shows respect for the property.

The jobs described range widely: a car charging point fitted along a long cable route around a house and under decking, portable appliance testing arranged for an office, a light fitting replaced, and emergency call-outs. Fair pricing quoted over the phone, a tidy finish and installation to a high standard are mentioned often, as is the team's readiness to help at short notice. Awkward installations that other contractors were hesitant to quote for were completed without fuss.
