I have recently used haden electricals for an EICR. The professionalism , speed and efficiency was 10/10. Really personable down to earth electricians who explain everything well. Great communication from the office side too alongside a Fair price. All round 10/10 service I will definitely use them again.

Everything went like clockwork. Roof replaced in record time . All workmen pleasant and professional. Felt well looked after and great workmanship.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently hired Haden Electrical & Property Contractors Ltd to install a brand-new roof on my HMO property in the Wednesbury, Walsall area, and I am extremely pleased with the results. From the initial quotation through to completion, the team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled. They completed the work to a very high standard, kept me informed throughout the project, and ensured the site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of workmanship on the new roof is excellent, and it has given me complete confidence that the property is well protected for years to come. The team worked efficiently, met the agreed timescales, and demonstrated great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Haden Electrical & Property Contractors Ltd to anyone looking for roofing or property maintenance services. A trustworthy company that delivers exactly what they promise. Thank you for a fantastic job.

Joshua came to install our oven today, really good, told us what to do after and that smoking is normal for a bit. Great communication, quick and easy :) Thank you

Requested a quote to renew my garage flat roof covering ,ian the roofing engineer turned up as requested and at time agreed he fully explained what my options were and once quote recieved and agreed upon a date was set for works to start . The roofers took only two days to replace all the deck boards, recover the roof and fit upvc fascia to all four sides ,all the rubbish was cleared from site promptly and swept up daily ,the roofers were very tidy ,polite ,considerate not only to us but also our neighbours ,excellent trades persons and exellent communication throughout the job i would highly recommend them and will use again Phil j.

Provided everything they needed for a repair in February. Nearly two months later — no work done, no updates, no explanation. Follow-up messages ignored. Wouldn't be an issue if it was a one-off, but the pattern of delays and silence says otherwise. *** Update in response to the owner's reply: At no point in two months did anyone communicate that you were waiting on authorisation from the managing agent. I reached out directly via WhatsApp before posting this review, asking for clarification. No reply. The appointment referenced in the owner's response only came about because the council intervened and my landlord was forced to act, the landlord then blamed Haden for never making contact. That's not "consistent effort," that's a response to external pressure. I gave every opportunity for this to be resolved quietly. The silence was yours alone. The review stands.

I have used Haden Electrical twice now in the last few years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Josh recently installed an EV charger at my property and he did a fantastic job. Not only was it well fitted, it was also neatly fitted as Josh cleaned up everything afterward and he took the time to explain to me how it all worked. I was also given time to try the charger out before paying, so not only is the company very professional in what it does, it is also in my opinion very trustworthy.
