Process was really smooth from calling, arranging an electrician and having them come to both identify the problem and sort a temporary fix to be able to use any electrical! Communication on site was excellent, polite and patient in explaining the issue and solution. Would reccomend.
Over the weekend, we lost power in our home and called an emergency electrician. He promised to arrive within 45 minutes, but actually arrived even earlier. He carried out a full inspection and quickly identified that the fault was outside our property and needed to be repaired by UK Power Networks. He even spoke to them directly and explained the issue on our behalf. The electrician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. We would definitely recommend his services.
