What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Brighton Electrical Contractors Ltd is described by those who have hired the firm as a dependable choice for both commercial and domestic electrical work, with reviewers returning to the company across multiple projects and renovations. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is punctuality: jobs are completed when promised, and several customers note that work was finished within the agreed budget. The quality of the finished result is praised repeatedly, whether the task involves a full rewire, a lighting upgrade, an extension or an emergency call-out.

Communication stands out too, with Matt and Paul named for explaining options clearly, sharing knowledge and coordinating smoothly with builders so that other trades were not held up. Reviewers also highlight the friendly and professional manner of the team, the tidy and safe state in which work areas are left, and the willingness to take on jobs of any size, including last-minute changes. The firm's long-standing relationships with repeat clients suggest reliability that extends well beyond a single contract, and the advice offered during projects is regularly mentioned as a reason for returning. Emergency attendance is another theme, with quick responses noted when urgent help was needed.

Excellent from start to finish, had a complete house renovation and extension, and Paul and Matt liaised seamlessly with our builder to ensure they didn’t cause any delays and were able to accommodate some (often last minute) changes. Highly recommended.
