Atkinsons Electrical NE LTD

Atkinsons Electrical NE LTD has built its reputation in Sunderland on domestic electrical work, with reviewers describing consumer unit upgrades, kitchen wiring, additional sockets, smoke detector and fire alarm installations, and replacements of bathroom extractor fans and electric radiators. Punctuality comes through strongly, as customers recount tradespeople arriving at the agreed time and completing jobs promptly, sometimes within hours of the initial enquiry. Communication is another recurring point, with questions answered before, during and after the work and arrival times confirmed in advance.

Reviews regularly refer to the care taken over the finish, from running cables through awkward spaces to removing old devices and leaving the property clean. Named team members, including Jon, Jack and Kai, are praised for a friendly and professional manner and for accommodating last-minute jobs without fuss. Customers also describe pricing as fair and transparent, with costs and the scope of the installation set out beforehand, and value the guidance offered on maintaining equipment once fitted. Repeat bookings and personal recommendations to friends and neighbours appear throughout the feedback, alongside appreciation of the skilled craftsmanship involved in each job.
