ASAP Electrical Cardiff

ASAP Electrical Cardiff is a family-run electrical business founded by award-winning electrician Kaiden Ashun, who won Screwfix Apprentice of the Year 2021. Kaiden holds NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition BS7671, and 2391 Test & Inspect certifications, and the business is registered with NAPIT. The service area covers Cardiff and surrounding areas.

The business offers a professional service in English or Welsh. Services include emergency electrician, EV charger installation, consumer unit upgrades, electrical rewires, additional sockets and wiring, EICR and electrical testing, commercial electrical, smart home and security, bespoke lighting installation, hot tub installation, underfloor heating, and smoke and fire alarms.

Rewiring a whole property, fitting replacement consumer units, adding sockets and switches, installing spotlights and exterior lights, running garage supplies, connecting dishwashers and carrying out safety inspections are the tasks that appear most frequently in accounts of this firm's work across Cardiff. Kaiden is the member of staff named time and again, and the picture that emerges is of someone who answers enquiries without delay and takes care to talk through the various ways of achieving the outcome a customer has in mind.

Deadlines agreed at the outset are said to have been honoured, appointments kept and updates given about when he would arrive on site. Charges are repeatedly described as reasonable, and in more than one instance the figure originally quoted was maintained even after minor alterations were requested prior to the second fix.

Sites are left clean and the finished work is reported as neat. Reviewers also single out the readiness to trace and put right faults without delay and to come back beyond usual hours when the need arose. Communication throughout the job, and afterwards, draws consistent praise, as does the courteous and professional approach, with numerous customers saying they would call on him again for later electrical projects.
