24 Hour Electrical Services provided an outstanding response when I needed emergency assistance. The electrician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and completed the repair to a very high standard. Excellent service and highly recommended.

No stars. Guy turned up to fix alarm. He removed two wires and the battery in five minutes. He said the alarm couldn’t be fixed as it was too old. He charged £144. As soon as he left I got a guy from crown alarms Washington He refitted the two wires and battery then reset the alarm. I had obviously been ripped off by 24 hour electrical services ltd , do not use .

The guy was great, the service excellence. Like a lot of people we were worried of the cost because it was a Saturday and it was an emergency but the price was really fair and the whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend.

After being let down by another company, this one got someone out in only 35 minutes after midnight. Service was great, the guy was really polite and professional, and after paying he had a look at several other issues I had and gave advice on what would be needed. Couldn't recommend more.
