Had an EIRC report done just before Christmas. Was told by the electrician that they were particularly busy and with it being Christmas there will be a delay in receiving it which was fine. Contacted them end of January and was told that it'd be chased up. Contacted multiple times the following week via email, phone to have no response. Finally received a message via text on 2nd Feb. "Sorry, due to critical staffing shortages and difficult private family circumstances, we're not taking on new enquiries right now. We are so sorry about this, and know this is frustrating. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Thanks, Full Circuit Electrical" I then asked when i would receive the report. "Really sorry. Critical staffing shortages and private family circumstances mean your December EICR isn't issued yet. We can't give a timescale. We know that's a huge inconvenience". I asked for a refund. "Really sorry! Due to staffing shortages and private family circumstances, refunds follow clause 13. As the EICR was done, any refund would exclude reasonable costs. We know this is frustrating." I have since asked about clause 13 as I don't have a contract or received anything other than an invoice from them. Their website is now down, no one answers the phone or returns emails. Contacted again when I noticed the website came back online the other week and still not had a response.

We had our suspicions about some of the electrics in our house and requested an ElCR. The electricians arrived promptly and did a thorough test of everything in our 1930s semi. There is quite a lot to do before things are satsifactory, and Stephen gave us a detailed explanation without being pushy. He told us that as houseowners we will not break regulations if we do nothing. We are also free to pick and choose which jobs, if any, we want done, and to contact other electricians for estimates. I look forward to getting an estimate for all the jobs from Full Circuit.

Updated 24/9/25: Greg visited today, to do the second electrical job in a different bedroom. The work, again, was completed quickly and efficiently by Greg, who arrived at the time expected. Greg explained things clearly, checked the detail of tasks before doing them, and then showed the results afterwards, allowing any questions. An additional, unexpected, bit of electrical work was needed. Greg explained this really well and the office kept us updated until Greg returned a couple of days later. Greg is very professional, polite and with a maturity to work that is very positive. An asset to your team. Many thanks again. Original review: Excellent local York company with a friendly team. Matt visited to assess some socket work in two bedrooms and the need to tidy some wiring so that it wasn't trailing across the floor. Office staff kept me well informed and responded quickly to enquiries. Today, Greg and Sam carried out the work. They were on time, friendly and explained everything clearly. They carried on with the work at a great pace and finished the job quicker than I thought. Great work. Very many thanks. And I'll see Greg and Sam, or other team members, in September for some more work in a different room. I'd recommend this company. Responsive, efficient, friendly, hassle-free.

How fantastic service Full Circuit Electical has provided to us! I called them urgently because of a sudden power cut. Even they couldn't send an electrician immediately at that moment, but James still tried his best to set up a video call between us and an electrician to see what the problem was. Quickly they gave us a solution. The problem was solved quickly. Thank you so much. I am very glad that l called them. Their service is much more than my expectation. Highly recommended. Had Dave and Mav come and do some work at my property and was one of the best experiences that I have ever encountered. They were ever so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely be using this company again and will be referring to family and friends. Thank you again. Pauline

Went with Full Circuit to install electric radiators in my house, overall they were polite, professional and experienced. Greg and Cal were amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything the way I wanted, even though it was a difficult job. They talked me through my options, and made sure to prioritise communication throughout. There were some issues with communication in between jobs, trying to organise with the office was difficult at points, but the quality of the work made it a 5* experience.

Matt did our initial survey and not long later, I was telephoned by a very nice lady, giving me a date they could start. Tom and Sam arrived on the given date at the agreed time. I have to say these young men were excellent. The were efficient and very polite. Their work was exceptional and they achieved a lot on the first day. The second day was to be a challenge. We are in an older building with an antiquated wiring system. They completed the work and made sure all was working correctly and made sure we were satisfied. We have had phase 1 of our electrical work done and await a further date for phase 2. What a great company.
