Would highly recommend Marcus to everyone. I had an electrical issue with my car and had a few people trying to fix it because I was so frightened to take it to an auto electrician as people said they always cost a fortune and rip you off. Going to Marcus has totally changed my mind and I can guarantee this is not the case. This man worked hours and I mean hours and he refused to give up ( I must admit I was getting very nervous as the hours/days/weeks passed. Thinking how much is the bill going to be . He worked until midnight one day, bought a whole new diagnostic machine. He spoke to people in France but finally he had to give up. He literally did the upmost to get my car running and I could tell he was genuinely disappointed that he couldn’t. I asked for the final bill expecting it to be huge but he charged me way and I mean way less than the weeks he had spent on it. Thanks so much Marcus I really appreciate everything you did.

I had an electrical issue on my VW Tiguan, all sorts of alarms pinging up intermittently. Marcus did a scan and diagnosed a problem with the "black box" attached to the Haldex 4WD system. The part was removed on the Monday, sent away for a refurbish (with a lifetime warranty) and refitted on the Wednesday. These guys literally perform miracles!!! The refurbishment cost a touch over £400.... But a new part from a dealer would have cost £1200. A no-brainer really, considering a lifetime warranty was given on the repaired part. Marcus also serviced the car and arranged the MOT. I will certainly use these guys again, and have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Absolute stars, who saved the day so close to the Easter holidays. Thanks so much again for your help.

I've just bought a used car, that needed a few repairs, kasey was recommended to me & i am so glad i booked my car in, 2 lovely lads, excellent work, very fair price, honest & upfront about cost & what work needed doing, i'm thrilled i've found such a reliable garage, i won't be taking my car anywhere else. Can't recommend Kasey & Marcus highly enough, anyone needing a mechanic, don't hesitate, get booked in!

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Had cars in garage where they couldn't find my issue. Yet my car was rattling. Was reccomended this garage and not only was the price fair. Blower motor wasnt working in car, was recommended to go to Sunderland Auto Electrics and I must say I would recommend others to go if you have electrical problem. Problem with blower motor was diagnosed fast, (im electrician so had already fault found it but they confirmed it so I know they are legit) Work carried out quickly at a fair price, blower motor priced up myself was 190 quid, they charged 230 quid that included labour which I think is a very fair price. Car was booked in, car dropped off and back in a couple of hours. 5 star service happy with the repair great auto electrics garage would recommend and will be back if I have other faults I dont fancy tackling myself.
