First class service from start to finish. This is the first time I used N Brown electrical and it won’t be the last. Neil was professional, courteous and helpful. He asked relevant questions to establish exactly what I needed done. He maintained good communication advising when he was en route. He replaced the smoke and heat alarms and tested them thoroughly. He was very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
I had Neil out to see if I could get an extractor fan fitted, (has been told I couldn't before!), no problem, job done yesterday. Liked the way I was kept informed of arrival time & job done in couple of hours, very professional.😊
I would highly recommend Neil Brown. Very quick and efficient communication for the quote. Turned up dependably, including updates on the day about arrival time, and did an excellent job. Very good experience overall.
The workers were punctual, kept everything clean and orderly, answered questions patiently, and did a very good job of bringing our electrical system up to date. We continue to work with the company.
