Lives Electrical

Lives Electrical is described by customers as a dependable choice for electrical work in Northampton, with reviewers highlighting the quality of the finished job and the speed with which problems are resolved. Recurring praise centres on punctuality and tidiness: James is repeatedly named for arriving when promised, working efficiently and leaving no mess behind, while Michael is singled out for his polite and considerate manner and his clear explanations of the work carried out. Various customers describe the standard of communication, both before a visit and as the job progresses.

The types of work covered in the feedback include fault finding and power restoration, replacement of an outside plug used for charging a car, and the installation of an EV charger, with one customer noting that their requirements were accommodated from the outset. A point that comes up often is the friendliness of the team, and Lee is named for fitting jobs into a busy schedule and for overseeing work carried out alongside his colleagues. Reviewers frequently point to that problems are handled without fuss and that homes are treated with care, and the fault finding that restored power after a faulty integrated dishwasher is among the jobs described.
