L A K ELECTRICAL SERVICES LTD

Norwich householders repeatedly describe the domestic and vehicle-related electrical work carried out by this contractor in positive terms. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the standard of the finished result, whether garden and garage lighting, additional sockets, a replacement consumer unit or wiring throughout a home, with installations reported as neat and well executed. Reliability and punctuality are recurring themes, as customers note that Les attended quickly, provided competitive quotes and frequently scheduled the work within days rather than weeks.

Communication features prominently, both before and after jobs, with clear explanations given and persistent follow-up until problems such as a charger failing to connect to a home network were resolved. Reviewers also draw attention to tidiness, describing working areas left clean and orderly once the installation was complete. His expertise and advice attract frequent comment, particularly for electric vehicle charger installations, which are described as efficient and carefully finished. Friendliness is another quality that recurs, with Les characterised as approachable and straightforward to deal with, and more than one customer mentioning that further electrical work has already been arranged with him.
