Electrical contracting work for commercial premises is the focus of the accounts left by clients, with several describing office upgrades and installations completed from scratch. Reviewers repeatedly mention the competence and depth of knowledge shown by the team, led by Nathan, who is named in feedback as overseeing projects alongside his colleagues. Communication stands out as a recurring theme, with customers noting they were kept informed of progress throughout the works and that enquiries were handled with professionalism. Tidiness is another point that comes up often, with the standard of workmanship described as high and the sites left clean.

Pricing is portrayed as competitive without any haggling, and the staff are consistently called friendly, polite and approachable. Challenges encountered during larger jobs were resolved efficiently rather than being allowed to disrupt the programme. The same themes of reliability and a professional manner run through the feedback from businesses that returned for further contracts, suggesting a consistent experience across multiple projects in Leeds. A final detail mentioned is the willingness to take on varied electrical contracts, from upgrades to full installations, with the same level of care each time.
