Tidiness and an orderly, methodical approach are mentioned too, together with a courteous manner that makes Hugh easy to have on site. Lauren is named for efficient, attentive service. Faults such as broken switches were resolved quickly, and repeat work followed, including WiFi cabling and other jobs.
