Glowbolt Group

Can’t recommend this company enough. Kalv always makes sure any issues are sorted quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would!

Great service from Glowbolt from start to finish. The team were friendly, efficient and professional throughout. Communication was excellent, the job was booked in quickly, and everything was completed without any hassle. A great company to deal with and I would happily recommend them.

Probably one of the best companies we’ve ever used. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. My husband and I needed an emergency EICR for our house sale, as our urgent exchange date was dependent on it. As soon as I submitted the online request, Dom called and arranged for a fantastic electrician to visit the very next day. The electrician spent over two hours at the property and even worked beyond his scheduled time to ensure the EICR was completed. Dom then went above and beyond to have all the paperwork written up and signed off by 8am the following morning. What really stood out was that Dom genuinely seemed to care. He was professional throughout, kept us informed, and offered helpful advice when we needed it most. I would 100% recommend Glowbolt and will certainly be using them again for any future home needs. Thank you Dom and the team!

A guy came and did an electrical test to my bungalow at very short notice which was much appreciated. He highlighted a number of issues with my electrical installation and explained why he could not issue a satisfactory installation condition report. Later the same day I received a quote to correct the potentially dangerous items. I phoned their office to confirm a few queries that I had and spoke to a chap that put my mind at rest regarding the extent of the works. I could not have been better served. I highly recommend Glowbolt and I would certainly use them again.

I highly recommend Glowbolt group. I had an EICR report done by one of their Engineers. I received the report the same day. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

The work was carried out quickly and professionally. I recommend them highly!

I commissioned Glowbolt to install our custom-specified CCTV system and ended up most gratified by my choice. I was particularly keen to find a company that would perform a tidy and reliable installation. Two very friendly, courteous and very conscientious chaps arrived promptly to schedule, and after initial discussion they immediately set to work, powered only by teas and occasional friendly banter. I had already provided and agreed a detailed work plan, though they presented and discussed alternatives along the way that turned out so much neater that my own work vision. In addition, they also tidied and neatly re-pinned other cables around our property, some incidentally covered in the plan, and others above and beyond to ensure a tidy professional finish. Afternoon weather was very wet and unkind, but they carried on regardless until the job was completed to my total satisfaction mid-afternoon. Glowbolt are indeed a most professional and customer-orientated company, which I can recommend without reservation.
