Quite simply the best electricians and service I have ever experienced. Darren and his colleague Miles are professional, reliable, courteous, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. We had a very difficult electrical problem to locate, but their rigorous process of elimination found it and fixed it. The last electrician (if you could call him that) put way too much load on circuits. They also highlighted issues and isolated them too. What was really appreciated was the time they took to explain in layman's terms what the problems were with evidence. I could not rate them highly enough. Tradespeople often get slated and many deservedly so, but these guys are fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending them. 5 star service every step of the way. So glad they were highly recommended to me.

Outstanding emergency service from Darren. The fuse board kept tripping and he responded within 30 minutes of the call, which was incredibly reassuring. He carried out thorough fault finding and quickly traced the issue to a bug that had got into one of the terminals — something I’d never have expected. Everything was clearly explained, the work was carried out professionally, and the area was left clean and tidy. Amazing service from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend.

After doing a search online for electricians Epec Electrical's came up and I am so glad I rang them. I rang Darren urgently needing an EICR to be carried out. He fitted me in same day, which meant after finishing work for the day and being back at the office he came out to carry out the work I needed doing. He was so professional, polite and friendly. Darren came round this morning. Carried out an electrical safety check. Fixed a couple of issues immediately and has already emailed the certificate to me. Charged the amount that my estate agent said it would be. Clean, efficient, would recommend.

Searched for an electrician online with the right qualifications. Darren’s name came up so phoned him and arranged a visit. Arrived punctually and worked on the fuse board. He worked well, gave good advice and a fair quote. For his knowledge on electrics I would be happy to pass on his name to others.
