My 88 year old mothers had some of her electrics stop working on a Sunday evening. Call the company and spoke to a very helpful lady , who took the details and organised everything , explaining the costs clearly . Ben arrive within the hours and sorted the issue and proceeded to check everything so my mum was safe. Thank you for sorting a potentially difficult situation quickly and professionally , we will used them again.
Faulty burglar alarm went off late at night and couldn’t be disabled. Engineer was very friendly, arrived quickly and kindly disconnected the alarm system – thank you very much!
After waiting over 3 hours for the emergency insurance people to fail I was given the go ahead to find someone myself. Steve turned up within the hour, located the issue and got us working again. He was not only efficient but also very courteous, can’t recommend him highly enough!
Came on time, Naseer fixed the issue immediately. My power went off , half of the house was without power , I called this company, Stephen picked the call, he said I will get a call immediately. I got the call , asked to pay 50 pounds deposit via secure link, once it was done, Naseer was at my door within an hour.
Darion not only was really quick at fixing my electricity issue at home, he was also truly lovely and made sure to take time to explain to me why it happened. Anna on the phone, who organised the visit for me, was also very efficient. Great customer service and problem resolution!
I would highly recommend this company and the electrician Darion that came out to me very promptly. It turned out I did not have an electrical problem so Darion only charged me for the call out but also had a quick look for me where my concern was and offered reassurance. He was professional and friendly.
