We had an excellent experience from start to finish. I contacted Vas online and he responded quickly with a reasonable quote. After discussing the installation, he suggested a different air conditioner unit that would look much better in the room, and he was absolutely right. I'm really grateful for that advice. He offered an installation date sooner than I expected and turned up exactly on time. He came with his son. Clearly a genuine family business which you cant find often. Both were professional, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently without needing much input. The install was completed earlier than expected, everything was left clean and tidy, and we even had some lovely chats during the day. I'd recommend Vas without hesitation, and if we ever need future work, he will be my first call.

Choosing Air conditioning for the home is not so easy especially if you have no knowledge or experience on the matter. So why did I choose Electrum ? Well it was mainly their Youtube channel that interested me. They have many videos on the subject of AC and for the novice like me the information was gold everything from costs, which manufacturer, positioning of indoor units and outdoor. After calling them, Vasil requested if I could send over some plans with measurements of the house for a rough estimate. I then instructed Vasil to visit my property for an official price. I didn't choose Electrum because they were the cheapest but they were very reasonable for the package I chose. They installed a large Mitsubushi Industries Heavy Duty multi split serving five rooms, two separate units serving my sons room and the other for the gym in my garden. All completed to a very high standard. What impressed me was that all electrical work was carried out by the same team, as they are NICEIC-registered electricians as well as Air conditioning installers. This gave me great confidence that all work was installed safely and professionally. In particular I was impressed with how the team took on board my concerns with the condensing pipes near the Multi split unit, the run of the pipe was expertly installed making sure water would run away from the house. The boys were polite, friendly and hard working and a joy to have in my home. My home was not disrupted during the installation they wore protective boot covers to minimise mess in my home and hoovered up after the days work and made sure all rubbish removed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Electrum Electrical for any electrical work or Air Conditioning installation. Vas and his team installed a 2.5kw mini split air conditioning for one of our bedrooms. I've had fantastic experience with them. They arrived on time, properly protected my carpet and bedroom furnitures before starting the work. Installation was done nicely and neatly. Communication was great throughout.
