In Bradford, Electric Touch has earned consistent praise for its domestic and commercial electrical work. A recurring theme in feedback is the speed of response, with emergency call-outs attended swiftly and faults identified and resolved within hours of the first call. Rewires, lighting upgrades and full property refits appear frequently in accounts, and the team is regularly described as completing projects on schedule and to a standard that satisfies customers. Saif is named often as a central figure, and his manner comes across as friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable, especially when advising on older wiring and problematic lights.

Clear quotations are mentioned as a strength, with customers describing the pricing as fair and noting that replacement lighting was sourced on their behalf. Tidiness after work is a point that comes up often, as is communication before, during and after a job, including updates while waiting for an arrival. Reviewers also refer to a thorough approach to fault-finding and a capacity to manage both private homes and HMO portfolios. Dependability, care over detail and repeat custom run through the accounts, alongside recommendations passed to friends, while a three-floor rewire finished in two days is cited as evidence of efficient organisation.
