I was impressed by the service provided by the team from D.E.C. (Oxford) and I’d like to show my special appreciation to Alex, who firstly visited me for the purpose of providing quotation about a few job items in my house. Alex was punctual and friendly. He even professionally handled my concerns and worries, which made me feel grateful. Then the job was finally done by one of the electrician from his team, named Carl, who nicely completed the installation work for both the floodlight camera outside the house (over the driveway) as well as a track of spot lights in the dining/kitchen area. D.E.C has recently replaced all heating units in our block of flats, a service that was carried out with competence and completed to the agreed deadline. I took the opportunity to upgrade the heating unit in my flat, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The pricing was fair and transparent, and communication was easy and seamless. Great firm, came out and swapped over an 40A Single Pole 6kA B Curve MCB that I had purchased which solved the issue with the shower. Decent response, very good rates. Have been trying to settle the account, however, very rarely does anyone answer messages left on answerphone. I’ll persevere in settling my account.

The engineer (Paul) was SO helpful! He took his time, he explained things to us, and he had an amazing "can-do" attitude in terms of figuring out how to make the changes we want to make in a practical and cost-effective way, that still will make our house look the way we want it in terms of lighting.
